REFUND & RETURN

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

2. RETURNS POLICY

If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, please either an email to jkha0358@campwill.com or leave a message on CONTACT US page at campwill.com and we’ll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving order.

 

* NOTE: All orders must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received.

3. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Contact us through either an email to jkha0358@campwill.com or leave a message on CONTACT US page at campwill.com with order number.

Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please let us know. We will give you the further instructions.

The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email. No label is provided. Please write the address clearly on your package before bringing it to the courier of your choice.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

 

* NOTE : We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns!

 

4. REFUND

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days of processing time), you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending either an email to jkha0358@campwill.com or leave a message on Contact Us page.at campwill.com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
