1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Campwill strives to deliver goods as quickly and precisely as possible.
  • Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service.
  • We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

2. How do you ship packages?

  • Packages from our warehouse in South Korea, USA, and China and will be shipped by First Prioruty Line or USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes. but we provide free shipping to USA only at this moment.
  • But we are planning to expand free shipping countries in the near future.
  • Here is the list of free shipping available countries; USA
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped.
  • By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
  • Please note that your order(s) can be subject to customs inspections regardless the shipping companies. (i.e. the shipment(s) can be opened)
  • Once the order(s) has arrived in the destination country, customs duties and taxes will be charged if necessary. Those charges must be paid separately by the customer.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping time varies by location.

These are our estimates:

  • United States of America: 7-12 Business days
  • *This doesn’t include our 1-3 days processing time.

5. Do you provide tracking information?

  • Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

  • For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

7. Order Confirmation:

  • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
  • This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
  • As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

8. Order Shipment:

  • If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
  • We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
  • If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@campwill.com

9. Damages:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
  • If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to support@campwill.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

10. Refund & Cancellation:

  1) Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return, and exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any items not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

2) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that transaction fee is non-refundable.
  • Please also note that the amount of refund is calculated as below;
  • Your original payment – Transaction Fee( about 5% of your original payment) = Refund Amount

  3) Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@campwill.com.

4) Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 5) Exchanges: Exchange is not available at this time

6) Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

7) Shipping

  • To return your product, you should ship back your product either to Campwill, 703-9, 638, Seobusaet-gil, Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Korea, 08504 or 2808 East Quincy Ave.Fresno Ca. 93720 USA
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8) Cancellation

  • All orders canceled after 72 hours of order payment completion are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
  • If you want to cancel the order, please email us at support@campwill.com with order#.
  • If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
  • Please note that transaction fee is non-refundable.
